While there -
On page 32 you will find live hyperlinks reverting to each benefit title page - select (left click) any of the list titles and you will go instantly to that page
To return to the list - click on the hyperlink (blue button) on the top of the page (r side) and you will be returned to page 32 instantly (Alt - use standard PDF "Alt-back arrow" to return to last page viewed or "home" to go to the beginning of the document (these are standard PDF viewer defined actions)
